Alternative Dispute Resolution

In the event of a consumer dispute, the consumer may resort to an Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) entity.

Alternative dispute resolution allows conflicts between consumers and businesses to be resolved out of court through mechanisms such as mediation, conciliation, or arbitration.

Under Portuguese law, specifically Law No. 144/2015, companies must inform consumers about the entities available for alternative dispute resolution.
